Just a thought

I heard a few things today that I thought I would share with you.
The first thing was..... Every beginning is scary, every goodbye is painful, but it's the middle part that matters the most.
And the second thing was..... the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself is also the hardest thing you can do for yourself.

I guess mine is the moving on part.
